ECOCERT為全球知名有機產品的驗證機構，在國際市場具有高度公信力，由一群農業專家在1991年時創立於法國，目前由歐盟及其他各洲各國組織成的國際組織，並於全球各地皆有設立辦公室。ECOCERT工作除了進行監測有機廠商或食品生產者的生產管理，亦提供天然及有機原料及產品等之驗證服務，提升市場上天然及有機原料及產品品質。其以農業生產應減少農藥等化學藥劑使用對環境傷害，並制定各種標準供有關單位遵循參考，以協助有機產品的驗證。所以，產品若經驗證，即可確認產品為天然有機，不含石化原料、礦物油、矽膠、殺蟲劑、色素、合成香精、動物性原料…….等及有機純度保證，且在生產製造過程不能受到污染並遵循環境保護。而通過ECOCERT驗證的產品，在市場上是具競爭力，且品質亦廣為大眾信賴。
